ECF welcomes Gill Marshall

We have some great personnel news here at ECF. Gill Marshall joins us as Director and will be working with the team in producing bespoke communications and engagement campaigns for our wide-ranging client base. Gill is very excited to be part of an ECF team whose strategic expertise and gold standard in delivering our tailored services, is truly focused on the success of our clients, partners, and communities.
Gill is a knowledgeable urban regeneration practitioner with more than thirty-five years’ experience in the inward investment and economic development arena; upwards of twenty years of this spent in east London. Gill has a wealth of experience in Community and Stakeholder Engagement and has designed and managed targeted consultation and engagement programmes, including the 2012 London Olympic Relocation Programme, navigating sometimes complex relationships.
More recently, Gill mapped the Community Engagement Strategy and developed the Consultation Programme for UKR’s Garden Community in the market town of Biggleswade, working with Homes England, Central Bedfordshire Council, and local partnerships.
